Seriously? I know it's not the focal point of the picture, but holy christ does that guy in the background have a long-assed neck. I think he's an alien!

It's a moment of clarity. Think of a light-bulb popping up above your head. I think its original meaning was coming to a great spiritual conclusion after days of meditating or soaking in a heat Lodge. It's an eastern Budist sort of thing twisted into a lame slang expression.
